This site is run by Rich Barnes, a licensed Wisconsin real estate broker (license 53644-90), with Realty Experts LLC in Greenfield, Wisconsin (brokerage license 937794-91). Rich is a REALTOR® and holds the CRS designation.

It is here to help you learn about selling or buying a home in the Milwaukee area and to get in touch with me. Reading it does not make me your agent. That starts when we agree to work together, in writing.

What you read here is general information. It is not legal, tax, lending or financial advice. Rules and costs differ from one deal to the next, so check your own situation with the right professional before you act. I am glad to point you to several trusted ones.
Homes, prices and numbers
I work to keep the information here correct, but markets move, and a number that was right when I wrote it can be out of date. Nothing on this site is a promise about what your home will sell for or what you will pay. Ask me for current numbers before you decide.
Reviews and other people's words
The reviews on this site are real Google reviews, shown as the clients wrote them. Results are different for every client. A past result does not promise a future one. Some pages link to other websites, such as Google and Zillow. I do not run those sites and cannot speak for them.
Your messages
When you send me a message through this site, you are asking me to contact you about it. How I handle what you send is explained in my Privacy Policy. Please do not send bank details, Social Security numbers or other private account information through the form.
