Privacy Policy
Here is what this website collects when you send Rich Barnes a message, who sees it, and how you can ask him to correct or delete it. It is short and plain.
The short version
When you send me a message through this site, I get your name, your email and whatever else you type. I use it to answer you. I do not sell it. This site does not use advertising or tracking tools.

What this site collects
The contact form asks for your first name and your email. Your last name, your phone number and a message are optional. If you give a phone number, the form also records whether you ticked the box that lets me text you, the exact words shown next to that box, and the date and time.
That is everything you give me on purpose. The web host also keeps ordinary server records, such as the date and time of a visit and the internet address of the device, the same as any website. A small security check counts how many times a form is sent from one connection, which stops spam.
This site does not use advertising pixels, tracking cookies or website analytics. There is no chat assistant on the site.
Who receives it
Your message goes by email to my own inbox at richrealtyexperts@gmail.com, and only to me. To deliver it, the site uses an email delivery service, which passes the message along and does nothing else with it. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. Some pages show a Google Map, and Google may record that the map was loaded.
These companies handle your information only to run the site for me. I do not sell your information or give it to anyone to market to you.
How I use it
I use it to answer your question and to follow up about buying or selling a home. If I ever send you a newsletter or email, it will have a link to unsubscribe.
I keep your message as long as it helps me serve you. You can ask me to delete it at any time.
Calls and text messages
If you give me a phone number, I may call you about your question. I only text you if you ticked the box on the form. Message and data rates may apply, and how many texts you get depends on what we are working on. Reply STOP to any text and I will stop. Reply HELP for help.
Your choices
You can ask me what I have on file for you, ask me to fix it, or ask me to delete it. Call or email me using the details below and I will take care of it. You can also unsubscribe from any email with the link in it.
Changes to this page
If this site starts using something new, such as advertising tools, I will update this page first and change the date at the top.
