How I Work Out a Number

I look at the home in person. Then I compare it with recent sales of similar homes, and I tell you what I see and why. In this area, the neighborhood matters as much as the house, and a home on the southwest side of Milwaukee is not always a useful comparison for one across town. So I compare homes in similar neighborhoods with similar characteristics.

If you decide to sell, every home I list gets a pre-listing inspection, so you know what a buyer will find before a buyer finds it. If you decide not to sell, you still know where you stand. There is no pressure either way.
